Call Center Executive job
- Organic Nutrition Ltd. is ISO 22000-2018 and USDA Organic Certified Company involving manufacturing and importing fully OrganicNutritional products. We are looking for hiring Call Center Executive for day to day activities.
- Discuss goods or services information with customers and patrons.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Refer customers to appropriate personnel.
- Minimum graduate in Nutrition/Biochemistry/Food Science/Agriculture.

- The applicants should have experience on Customer Service
- Active listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate .
